I have the right to edit my Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. New terms do not apply to commissions started on old terms.

I have the right to refuse the commission request for personal reasons.

All of my artworks will have my signature.

I retain copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the commission and in work in progress (sketches, drafts, timelapses), printing (with Client's permission), as well as in self-promotion, display on websites, social media, and portfolios.

I have the right to create content on YouTube from the work in progress: make time-lapse videos, write about the drawing progress with pictures included (sketches, drafts), or other behind-the-scenes content.

Please provide good-quality, visual references (character design, expression, pose, etc). No blurry images and unfinished sketches.

Personal use commissions can be
* displayed on social media for profile pictures, banners, and posts
* printed in small quantities to display in personal spaces
* used as a Wattpad fic cover.

Do not sell or make a profit from personal commissions.

For any other purposes, please request commercial usage commission (which can be reproduced in mass amount and sold to others).

Do not use the work in progress I provide to commission other artists. Do not trace or edit the commission.

Strictly prohibited: usage of the commission for
* AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs
* ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs
* AI or ML training
* Generative AI
* NFT and blockchain.

Half or Full payment is required to confirm your order & secure your slot. Commissions paid earlier will be prioritized.

Payment via
* PayPal / Wise (for international clients)
* WavePay / Kpay (for burmese locals)

100% of the fee must be paid before receiving the final artwork.

Full refund if you cancel before I start sketching.

No refund after work begins or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.

If I can't continue working on your commission for unforeseen reasons (natural disasters, illness,…), I'll refund depending on how much progress I've made on the artwork.

Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks, and the refund policy mentioned above will be followed. Please always contact me first to resolve any issues.

If there is a specific deadline, please inform me before I accept your commission request.

Process is divided into 3 stages:
* idea / pose sketch
* cleaned up sketch + flat color
* finished artwork.

The time between the first sketch and finished artwork is around 2 to 4 weeks, no longer than 4 weeks if nothing occurs suddenly.

Finished artwork will be sent as a thumbnail for final check.

A high-resolution finished art will be sent after confirming there is no revision and 100% of the fee is paid.

Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution (300 dpi) png file, and via Gmail or Gdrive. This does NOT include working files (.psd, .csp).

A maximum of 3 revisions (3 rounds) in the sketches and flat color stage are free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.

Minor changes (eg, slight adjustment of brightness or saturation) that can be corrected quickly and without altering the artwork are free.

Major revisions, which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost an additional fee.
